Chuao is a legendary cacao with an exotic and intricate story with many moving parts well over 400 years old... and a flavour profile to match.
 
To this winning chocolate, we add blueberry crystals and lavender seeds at the final moments before casting bars.  This texture to the chocolate adds also the tangy edge of blueberry mellowed with floral lavenders that lay on the bed of nutty, fruity, creamy chuao.   An interesting and delicious chocolate for the discerning gourmand.
