4x giant, vegan marshmallows enrobed with our gold medallist, Salted Chuao 49% milk stoneground for days with fresh macadamia.   Certified Chuao - the world's first protected cacao origin - is a wonderous cacao - our first creations last year earned double gold at Great Taste and Euro Silver at the ICA.   2 British Golds this year and a World Bronze.  The tangy, spicy, fruity, chocolatey full bodied charactful 70 is dialled down here to deliver a recognisable profile, but in a more accessible way.  
 
We've added pieces of fresh roasted whole Macadamia and cubes of Solkiki's own Pink Rasberry pate de fruit to deliver a full flavour journey!  Waiting months for this project to return to fruition, it was worth it!   
 
In the spirit of excess that Choctober inspires, we've taken this delight and ramped further with the inclusion of exotic Lemon and Rose Turkish Delight and freshly-dried Pretzel pieces.  Tastes and textures!
