ICA European Silver 2021-22
Peanut being one of our favourite flavours, after chocolate of course, we decided to create a bonbon where the peanut and the chocolate both compliment eachother.
 
We feel that our Ecuadorian Costa Esmeraldas cacao was the cacao that was created for this synergy. The cacao has a wonderful fullness of flavour that does well supporting strong flavours such as peanut. 
 
The box contains 12 bonbons.
 
The shell is 64% Costa Esmeraldas coconut dark milk chocolate combined with a ganache center of stoneground redskin peanut, also made with Costa Esmeraldas cacao.
 
Allergen information: Contains NUTS.  Contains no dairy, wheat, gluten, or soy (dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free). Made in a facility that uses nuts and soy. Vegan friendly.
