Creamy and dreamy with a hint of stoneground cashew to balance this very chocolatey chocolate.  Our Esmeraldas ranked among the world's finest at the CoE cacao cup, we've since made dark, dark milk and soy-milk - all winning gold or silver accolades.
 
Technically a dark milk (over 50% cacao) but our dark milks start at 60%, so 53% really isn't so much a walk in the park as a stroll through the exotic Cloud Forests of Ecuador's West coast.  
 
An outstanding example of Ecudaorian cacao given a very accessible treatment.  Not too dark, not too sweet, very wide appeal... you've been warned ;)
